Hi all,
Just a little note about Virgin Money credit card. My DH and I transferred our balances from 2 credit cards to a Virgin one because of the 0% til Feb 2011 deal. Anyway, last month because of xmas and everything we were a bit disorganised and paid Virgin on the payment day.
Anyway, we just got our new statement in and they started to charge us interest as we were "late" paying. My hubby rang up and stated that we did pay on the day but obviously payment didn't clear etc etc. The lady over the phone said thanks for bringing it to our attention we will put you back to 0% interest...RESULT!!:j
Just thought I would share, if anyone else is in the same boat ring them up and hopefully you will get the 0% back aswell!!
Have a great day everyone!!:)
