Can someone advise on a really very effective keystroke logging blocker that I can install to prevent people monitoring what's going on.

Spy bot search and destroy is pretty good, pest patrol is ok too0

SpyBot S&D is good.
Also use Firefox instead M$'s internet explorer if you aren't already.
/w a couple of addon's for privacy/security:

NoScript
Adblock Plus

or at a basic level just check there's nothing 'extra' plugged in between your keyboard cable and your PC.... and keep it physically secure so nobody's able to physically 'interfere' with it0 -
