Hi there
For a loan account there should be a number on your agreement, if you paid out of your bank account when you made the monthly repayments, the account number should be shown next to the loan repayments.
If you were to request a SAR from the bank, then they should supply you with everything you have with them, loans, credit cards, mortgages and so on, so a SAR will cover all from the bank account number.
Just in case you are interested in requesting a SAR, details on link below, they have 40 days to comply/send all they hold on you and you have to enclose £10 postal order or cheque payment for the SAR request.
Letter template on this link here:

If you just require the agreement for the loan(s) as above you can find your loan account number, and you just write a short letter to request for your Credit agreement and enclose a £1 postal order or cheque payment, and tell them you expect to receive by 12 days of your request.
However, just as long as you have the account number you can still continue to reclaim, more info with the guidelines of reclaiming here:

Check this link out, you will find a checklist of mis selling reasons, template letters and so on. They have 8 weeks in full to respond.
I would personally post by using recorded delivery, so you know your letters reach them, and keep an eye on the timescales they have.
Good luck, please keep us posted and yell for help anytime.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"
