Tenant and income

we have a tenant for our property and rather than talk about the income the agency talked about one of the potential tenants would not have a problem with income as she is fostering a child and will get help anyway. apart from normal tax credit (and I assume that this would be the same as you would get if you had your own child anyway) i dont see what other "income" this person would have . any tips appreciated. thanks in advance.

if shes working for the local council doing fostering it is a income, its fixed between 22000 and above, <i know as ive been involved in fostering>if its private agency the skys the limit as it about £350 perchild per week, so its a job which is as secure as yours and mine, cant see money being a issue

As a foster carer she will be paid by the local authorty or agency. It being employed to be a parent, is the top & bottom.

the going rate for my bit of london is 27 but some LAs pay up to 45k pa depending on the needs of the child/ren
