ema income limits

Although our family income is below the £30,810 EMA threshold for the £10 pw payment, my son is not allowed to claim as the 2009/10 claim is based on our 2008/09 income (which was slightly over the limit). Does any one know what the income threshold will be for the academic year commencing in Sept 2010?
