There are a multitude of them on the market and i'm in the market for kitting out a new build. I've seen a few priced catalogues from various companies but have no idea of the quality of the goods, and would appreciate some guidance. For example are B&Q, Wickes, Victoria Plumb and the like worth considering over our local merchant who i will also be ordering unseen from at a no doubt higher price.

To be perfectly honest it depends what sort of thing you have in mind aesthetically you probably wont notice a great deal of difference between b&q, wickes or the likes of the victoria plumb stuff which is available in many instances from your local merchant branded by the parent company as tc-bathrooms.
If you were looking at a modern contemporary style Ideal Standard offer the concept range which is competitively priced & has the advantage of spares being readily available in the future

I would be interested to know just how you define quality when it come to sanitary ware. Just because something is more expensive does not necessarily mean that it is better quality. It might be a nicer design, but design does not mean that the quality is better. I have both cheap and more expensive sanitary ware in my house, and have never noticed any difference in quality. In fact, the only item of sanitary ware that I ever had a problem with was an expensive cistern that developed a hairline crack. Any comments gratefully received.I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.0 -
I think when we talking about the quality of one thing, the brand of it is the first thing and the most important thing that we have to know. So as for sanitary ware. I suggest you to choose the famous brands products. The famous brand often comes with high quality and excellent aftersell service. As for me, I choose MEXDA from China Yuehua. I really enjoy their products very well. You can view their site or maybe you can consult their agency or distributor in your country.:p:p0
