Barclays Online Banking 'refresh'

If I am logged into my Barclays online banking and then send some cash via FP to it - it doesn't show up if I go back to the main screen and click on my account again - I always have to log out and log in again for it to show up - is it supposed to be like this? Halifax and HSBC show up straight away

Strange although it might depend which bank you were sending the fp too and how fast they accept it.
I have noticed that when I send Barclays to Halifax the balance changes automatically or at most within 10mins (sometimes I will refresh page but never need to log out then back in). Yet Barclays to Lloyds the balance can take a day or so to adjust.0 -
Sorry, thanked in error.0

A note on FPs *into* Halifax: although the balance refreshes, I find that if I then want to transfer the money from Halifax to elsewhere, I do have to logout and back in again before it will let me.0

Lloydstsb is the same.
You have too log out and back in again.
Not such a big deal though think of all those extra calories you burn:p0 -
I've noticed this with RBS, if you make a transfer into your account then I think it shows if you click on 'full statement', but you have to log out then in again for it to show in the summary.0
