  • aww what a cute baby! Ill post my two terrors in a min lol.

Ok my update - I have been looking at other sporting equipment as well as paintballing masks/airsoft masks. I have managed to aquire (sp??) a pair of ladies ski boots to try my work on, and may have a snowboard to try it out on too (both free :) ). This would open my market up even more.
As soon as I have the airbrush I will get working and I can take pics to add to the website. It can then become live.
Now that I have realised how much of the extreme sports market I can open this up to, its a massive increase in advertising channels, and seeing as we do snowboarding/airsoft ourselves we can advertise our own work when we are out playing.
Managed to rope the hubby in on this too, and I have even been looking at a few designs i could do on our minibus to advertise as we drive! So lots of design work going on, and I have invested in an A4 business folder to keep a track of all my thoughts and ideas (this thread seems to serve as a good journal for it also haha)
Thank you again everyone for all of your help, and I hope some of the ones who feel a bit stuck can also find their niche from all of the fantastic advice offered on here!

Anyone know of a good craft site that gives lots of ideas for us not very crafty people, prob best to look at those than go buying expensive mags. I just pulled a book called 'How to buy and sell just about anything' outta my bookcase, one of those big bestie Readers Digest type books that could have some handy ideas in it. Am all for selling clutter etc but having a bit of a wrestle with it all at moment as have got to point where all the stuff in my house is getting me down but I can't drum up the motivation to sell it all, sold the easy stuff, suppose will be better when I can get to a bootsale in the better weather

I don't know any craft sites but hobbycraft is good for stock although my parents have a great little store near them which if I need any sequins, etc I always go there.

Ooh just had a quick look on hobbycraft website and they have an ideas library, off to take a look !

edit: they have some great inspiration for pictures, cushions, hearts, etc on hobbycraft and the ideas are all free !!!

My mum used to take us to Hobbycraft and got us to pick up EVERY single ideas leaflet in the place. Me and my sister used to have a little competition to see who got the most. In the end the basket would have about 3 actual products in and about 30 leaflets:rotfl:

:smileyheaOhhhh I want another baby now....

Waiting and hoping someone will get back to me from Freecycle as my buggy has broken! Don't want to spend any money lol. Have listed a box set of graphic novels that my uncle gave me for £39.99, let's hope it sells! Prospectively quite a good night, financially...
I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick @ss.... and I'm all out of bubblegum.
