Car Finance Charges

Hello,
I have received a statement today from my car finance company which lists of everything they are charging me for. There are a lot of charges on there that are for me paying the repayments by methods other than direct debit, they have charged me £10 each time I have apid by another method such as direct into their bank cash or via a debit card. Can I write to them using similar wording as the bank charge letter?
Any advice appreciated,
