Homer Simpson does occasionally mock Millhouse's dad for renting. Once telling Millhouse his dad is "No-house".0

When I was at school, my parents hadn't joined the modern times and didn't have a VCR (yep that was the 'new' technology when I started high school).
Probably because they cost a fortune at the time 'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. A single market without barriers visible or invisible giving you direct and unhindered access to the purchasing power of over 300 million of the worlds wealthiest and most prosperous people' Margaret Thatcher0 -

I understand your frustration thought don't have kids. Don't try and keep up with the Jones's - they may own their home, someday, like in 25 years time!
Meantime you, albeit in rented, owe nothing / less than them and that's to be celebrated:beer::T
So things, for you aren't as bad as they seem:j0 -
