Yes, there is no more electricals in somerfield.

You might see the occasional special offer, but that is all.

Not bad, but I can't see the point in these stand-alone sat nav solutions any more. Especially not at this price.

I use a Mio A701 with Mio Map v2 (also available with TomTom 5) for which I paid just over £400. It's a Mini PDA/Phone with integrated Sirf Star III GPS.

As well as doing everything the TomTom standalone unit does it's also my PDA and my phone. It's not that much bigger than an ordinary phone so it's easy to get use to. This also makes it quite a bit smaller than the TomTom.

And there's so much free software available for the Windows Mobile 5 platform that the Mio runs that I can make it do much, much more.

Also, because it's my phone I always have it with me. So it's also useful if I'm just out and about walking.

Simple enter the dixons code for the 510, and then the letters TT.
Had a play after I saw the 910 code..

758874TT that will give you £20 off

So if you use the NHS and EGG discount you can get the 510 for £258, not bad for the £322 original pricing.
