I have two accounts one with Natwest Bank another one with Llyods TSB for last 5 years. My salary account is with Natwest account. Llyods TSB account I rarely use. Looking to apply for Llyods TSB Credit Card. Pls guide how to prepare, so that my application does not get decline by Llyods TSB -Like:-
1. Put £500 every month into the account
etc.

I hear Lloyds are rather strict with who they offer credit to. I wouldn't imagine they'll give you a credit card unless you switch your banking to them 100% and apply after six months.
What's wrong with an RBS group credit card? Natwest have some reasonable deals... ish...Cashback Earned ¦ Nectar Points £68 ¦ Natoinwide Select £62 ¦ Aqua Reward £100 ¦ Amex Platinum £48

Why specifically TSB CC? It is not going to make much of a difference if you fund your TSB a/c and expect to be considered favorably for the CC.0

I already have Natwest Platinum CC. Looking to have another one.
I am TSB customer for last 5 years.
I would just apply and if declined, appeal the decision in writing citing that you've been with them for 5 years.
EDIT: In terms of prep work, check your credit report is the standard one, and read the article on Credit Rating on the header up above."A child of five could understand this. Fetch me a child of five." - Groucho Marx0 -

Maybe I was thinking that I don't stand a chance without using them as my main bank... :rotfl:
Even then I'm not holding my breath...
But seriously they will look at your account conduct if you have a current account with them and if there's been little to no turnover it's going to count againstCashback Earned ¦ Nectar Points £68 ¦ Natoinwide Select £62 ¦ Aqua Reward £100 ¦ Amex Platinum £48

IZ tools is right.
Little or no turnover can affect your ability to get a card.
Check your offers on internet banking or ring up phonebank and ask them if you can have a card. They'll let you know in 2 mins without doing a credit check.
Perhaps you may want to move your salary over and wait a few months before applying OR basically try to fool the system by using your account lots more and have some activity on it and stay in credit.0
