no, i know my OH hasnt got me a card yet and if he doesnt go out tomo to get one i'll be soooo peed off, and im not gonna hint either! i can see him goin to the co-op on sunday morning for one....

just nipped off to have a quick tidy and ended up washing the living room carpet lol! house smells so good as i use the washing liquid in it.

Mel i have been looking at them all week and i love the space in them! also love the idea of having a table which will be great for days out. estate boot wouldnt be good for me as i would fill it up with too much rubbish lol!

Hi all, hope ur all well, gonna try to read back a bit on iPhone.

Has anyone here had thrush while bf here? I've currently got it, had itabout 3 weeks now but didn't realise it was thrush, thought I was just megasore and that it would heal... Anyway phoned Docs then midwife and they prescribed me and t some cream/gel. This is the second day of taking it and is still so painful ATM. Just wondered if anyone else been in same boat and how it took to improve. Thank u and sorry for self indulgent post!!

Fattyboo - if you try searching for posts by Fritha you should find some good tips for thrush, she had a few episodes of it with Celia so is a sort of expert in it x

Meant to say earlier, when we went to paediatrician earlier, we were very anxious about huge bruise on Elijah's face - he ran down the hall with his milk sippy cup the other day and ended up tripping and ramming it into his cheek, big dark crescent mark and the consultant had a trainee GP in there with her and talked her through how whenever in doubt you should get the baby stripped and check it all over for any signs of abuse etc etc, but then didn't actually do it with us because she knows us and trusts us ;p

OH surprised me tonight and took me for a meal when I got home! Problem was he didn't tell me til we got there and I had no tea or a bottle for Jack so we had to rush off cos J was getting grumpy. OH didn't seem to think about that! He did say he was taking me out because he wanted to acknowledge all the work I do for him and Jack :A

He's very cute though (if I do say so myself!) when it had snowed the other week, we got to my parents and Dad had cleared the pavement where I park and the path to the door. In the car I said to C "oh look Granddad has cleared the path for us" when we got inside he put his arm round Dad and said "did you clear the path for me Granddad?" dad "yes I did son" Chris "Awww thanks" *hug* :smileyhea

Bruno That's good work! I've just had a little look on Genes reunited and entered the few details I know - but we must all have common names because hundreds came up! Plus, to see anyone elses trees containing your people, you have to subscribe!
Spotted my Aunt on there (she's got my grandad in her tree), but I can't email her to see ask how far she's got without paying. Suppose I could phone her instead!
