Hi, i've spent all day trying to catch up, on and off lol! I've been so ridiculously tired lately too so everything's such a mission.

I did my good samaritan bit and gave him the sofa for a night but he's gone now never to return again, didn't really talk too much but he took Amber for a while and i just slept, so feel slightly more human. When we eventually spoke we had an argument about money, his view being that the govt give me money for the kids therefore he doesn't have to.

Does anyone have any experience on the CSA taking money when dad is working for an agency doing lots of diff temp jobs?? Not got a lot of hope that i'll get anything but i'm getting concerned about the fact we have no cot yet, and it's just the ONE thing i wanted her to have from new, everything else is 2nd hand.

Envirofone have quoted £54 for my old N73, thing is in the T&C's it says it has to turn on and be working. But the joystick is stuck, so navigating any menu's is only possible if you have 3 spare hours. Will they reduce the offer for that reason? It works perfect aside from that.

My problem is that I have various gift vouchers and birthday money but can't find anything I like.. Need to find out what I have to wear for work (could be office stuff or could be black jeans and a company poloshirt) then I can go looking :o
  • GISI - thinking I'd like to meet up again, could we arrange a meet soon? I'm flexible on location, went to Southampton the other day, so I can come there. What do you think?

Beenie - as far as I am aware if he is working for the same agency then they are his employer, it doesn't matter where he actually goes to work if that makes any sense.

Do you have a budget for a cot? Ikea have super cheap ones. xx

  • Love to Feelie! Southampton would be great for me if it's not too far for you? We could wander round IKEA if you fancy it- good cafe for little ones. Or go for lunch somewhere?

I went round Ikea on Wednesday, I love ikea! I had an icecream too. And played pretend in all the apartments :D

We went to a great soft play place, you'll love it when LO is older! Toby is really starting to enjoy them now!

Lunch might be nice, can go for a wander - there is an enormous shopping centre isn't there?

Are there any other ladies near Southampton?

There is a direct train that takes 40 minutes, we enjoyed it the other day. Toby got a bit tired by the end, with our days out I've realised I need to be home by 5pm, or he gets a bit grumpy.

I've just bought Caitlyn this, not put it on the buggy yet but it seems to keep her attention!
My Caitlyn has this... It's a nuisance lol... You have to screw it on so it's not so easy to just clip on and off when you're getting her out of the buggy... Get's in the way...

For those wanting to change mobile contracts, have you seen the O2 simplicity deal on UK hot deals?
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
