Morning all. Typing is tricky today. Lots of the keys don't work properly - someone has filled the keyboard with pate and baby food. I wonder who that could be?

Morning all
Had no hope of a proper proper catch up... saw Beenie's drama, Benjamin's first steps, nice have to Mel back online, but sure I missed a million and one other things! Tried a search for my name but v disappointed to discover that you weren't all constantly gossiping about me in my absence
Had a good time in Cannes with work, ludicrously luxurious surroundings staying here and being plied with company alcohol and food and so on. However starting the trip with 4 hours sleep thanks to E's teething, followed by 5 hours the first night there and 2 hours the next (parties both evenings) destroyed me - on the way home I was literally seeing spots in front of my eyes and trembling, thought I was just exhausted but then had a fever that night etc... so moan moan
Then last night, OH starts complaining of stomach cramps... about 12.30 she starts throwing up  at about 2am, Elijah joins herall in all between 12.30 and 6 had to change E's sleeping stuff 5 times, was thrown up on 4 times myself - etc. E particularly pathetic, he was desperate to be asleep and when he vomited and started crying, I would rush in and he would just cling to me with all his limbs like a little vomit-soaked limpet, moaning "Hirts. Hirts. Hirts" with his eyes closed
Anyway this morning house mostly looks like vomit bomb hit it, Elijah is entirely recovered (but knackered from lack of sleep), OH is still in pain and distress and can't sleep... so yeah. Luckily was planning on slacking at home today anyway! Off to pharmacy to see if they can recommend anything OTC for OH in a bit.
If anyone wants to provide summary of key updates from Mon-Wed I will beam!0 -

Morning,
SM - yes, you should definitely try on your bras, even if they measure you. Sizes can vary between brands and styles. Take a few in with you and try them all on!
Off to Mother and Baby Group just now (it's a bit early for me but all ready now!). Then doctors later and not sure what I am doing this afternoon. It's miserable weather here.
We have a basement at my mum & dad's house. There is a hobbit sized door on the side of the house to access it. It's kind of at ground level as there are loads of stairs to get to our front door! It smells of damp but was great as a kid. And good storage for bikes etc. It's massive!0 -
Morning all
Well we were supposed to be having a man arrive at 8.30 to fit a new shower screen and he's not here yet. Pretty annoyed that I got out of bed early for no reason - don't these people know I need my sleep just now?!
So how come Alfie can go 5 hours between feeds during the day, but only 3 hours at night?
SM yes you can try bras on before you buy0 -
