tesco self scan tills

just put a suggestion in at tesco, they only let people with baskets on the self scan tills
went in for hayfever tablets, biscuits, dog chews and weetabix, no dog chews in so just the 3 items.
basket tills were all massive queues as were ordinary ones so queued up at self scan, unfortunatly someone with a full trolley got their literally 2 seconds before me :rolleyes:
she turned around, saw my 3 items, glared at them, then unloaded her full trolley onto the till, so there i was, for 10 minutes waiting for her to get through so i could pay for 3 items that weren't even for me :mad:
i put a polite suggestion into customer services on one of their forms, along with my mobile number and name, apparently they call you back (they don't i did it before), can't believe that people can be so rude and tesco have a policy so open to abuse, i am sure everywhere else with these states baskets only?

things arent the way they were before, you wouldnt even recognise me anymore- not that you knew me back then
