Credit Card Charges - Quickie!

Hello everyone,
Just a very quick question, and i know this info is readily available on the forum but i was just after a quick yes/no answer really. Re claiming back credit card charges, can you only do this if the charges for late payment/over limit etc is OVER £12.00?!
Or should i just ask for them back whatever they are?!?
