bank charges responce letter

I have received a letter from Yorkshire bank
this is a responce to me trying to get my bank charges back,
they have said "that after the outcome of the legal proceedings means that the bank charges you have complained about do not amount to penalties at common law and that the level of them cannot be assessed for fairness under the Unfair Terms in Cunsumer Contract Regulations. We do not beleive that there is any legal basis on which the amount of charges can be challenged" then they go on to say i have 8 weeks to respond or the case is closed
WHAT DO I DO NOW???????
