That happened to me once. The guy looked like a right fool when I showed him the licence. Even more so when he realised he'd come to the wrong address and should have been in the next block.0 -

That is a valid complaint. We've had problems dealing with them before.0 -
If they pestered me and I did have one, I wouldnt show them if they came to the door. Let them waste more of their own time and money.0

I agree. i cant believe they give people leeway to get a licence, like if you miss the council tax by a week or two, they let you off. surely a fixed penalty charge by the day would sort this sort of thing out.Target Savings by end 2009: 20,000
