Ben ryan

well recieved a letter from RBS today as confirmation of my complaint, and Ben Ryan is dealing again,,:p

looks like he`s definatly a busy man,,,, as he`s dealing with my other RBS cases too...:rotfl::rotfl:
successful with all my ppi claims

    Its not uncommon for banks to use a made up name to cover all letters going out through a department.

    I can confirm that I have spoken to (or somebody perhaps masquerading as) the infamous Ben Ryan!
    Though I must say I was very impressed with the way RBS/Natwest handled the three cases I have been involved in. All paid out within 12 weeks!:j
  • We have been discussing this in "Tesco loans" thread too. He is dealing with both my claims and my friends!! I did ring and ask to speak to him........he was busy lol!!

    i`m hoping my natwest will be the same, but as the tesco thread dont hold out too much hope on there claim..:(
