Oh yeah sorry I didn't say once/when they reach an agreement my fiance wants it taken to court to be made legal so she would have to abide by as would we.
Well he sees his son 3 days a week - Wednesday a few hours, Friday after school till Saturday evening.
School holidays literally divided equally nights and all.0 -
Those Wednedsay hours could make a difference over the course of the year brtween 1.6 and 2 days average a week. Does he eat his evening meal with you on a Wednesday after school?Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0

He eats dinner with us Wednesday, Friday and Saturday0

I'd say declare everything. He should be paying a flat rate of 15% of his wages. However if he has the child more than 52nights a year this amount can be reduced.Loved our trip to the West Coast USA. Death Valley is the place to go!0

In which case it probably is worth adding in all the wednesday evenings, especially as you are feeding him those nights and Saturday before he goes home.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -
I wouldnt worry about rocking the boat. As long as you are paying the correct maintenance thats all that matters. You have to pay to feed the child while at your house.
My OH has his kids way more than the 52 but because he has a private agreement with his ex, he doesnt bother with it.Loved our trip to the West Coast USA. Death Valley is the place to go!0 -
