HELP! I am don't know what to do next. I placed my order in early December so I could make some jewellery for Christmas presents. When a week later my order hadn't been despatched I called them up to be told that my payment hadn't been accepted. When I told them that the money had come out of my account they promised to send my order. Christmas came and went, and so when I got back to work in early January I contacted them. They said that they would track my order. I said if it had been lost could I have a refund, well the next day they said my order was on its way. the post mark was for the day I asked for a refund!
When the order came one of the items was wrong (and about half the price of the item I ordered) so I emailed and asked for a refund. No reply, so I called them up, yes I could have a refund if I returned the item. I sent it, obtaining a free certificate of posting.
Now they say they never had my return, so they won't give me my money.
Sorry for the long story and the rant! What should I do now?

See http://www.royalmail.com/portal/rm/jump3?catId=400144&mediaId=15500181 for details of making a claim0
