Bathroom cabinet with light and shaver socket?

Our landlord is replacing our ensuite at the moment, and we are welcome to add our ideas to it (as we are potentially interested in buying the house itself).
It used to have a strip light with socket above the sink, like this, just dated and a bit discoloured, as probably has been in there for the last 20 years and the plastic was cracked:

I guess, he is either intending to use the same one or the same replacement. There was also a small mirror under the lights. We thought we would prefer getting a wall cabinet instead of just mirror and glass shelf, but then we would like to have a socket in the bathroom. So, this morning I set out to find online how much would it cost a bathroom cabinet with the light and the socket (we can't ask the landlord to cover all the costs and we are happy to contribute if it means we can get something more useful). The cheapest I managed to find so far is this from plumbworld for just under £130:

Do you think it is possible to find something cheaper? Where could I look?

CheersThe difference between genius and stupidity is that genius has it's limits. - Einstein0 -
If it was just for renting, we would just go with whatever he wants to put in (he never cut us short on anything and is very good and generous landlord in that respect - he used to live in this house himself until they moved few years ago).
We went to choose tiles yesterday, and I got what I liked with no fuss. We are asking him for a rather expensive shower (Mira Atom with diverter). If we are thinking to buy the house, we would rather contribute and get the bathroom as we want, rather than just done as he wants it. Will save us ripping it out later to get to our taste!
Anyway - thanks for your opinion. Now just have to get my OH to think that this is a reasonable price!Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -
Sorry for bothering you all again, but has anyone seen any of this style of cabinets in store somewhere? I have seen a few online that I like, but would be good to see them 'in flesh' before spending all that money...Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0
