Was so close! I even went to the shops to pick something up for mum, but didn't get anything for myself.
But then I bought a train ticket online for next weekend, which I hadn't considered. Of course I could have put it off till tomorrow, but I'm a bit concerned that the cheap tickets will run out soon. So what I've done is more moneysaving.0 -

12/18 for me today please. I had a 2p whoopsie spend and a £42 petrol spend, but both were permissable under rules.
Tomorrows going to be a spend I fear, unless I can find a free parking space.0 -

Ouch wit40iwtwan, sounds painful, hope you're on the mend soon xpure_dead_dopey wrote: »:eek:another one to-day for me, that's eight, i think I have been substituted by a non-spending alien:eek::eek::eek::eek:, pure dead dopey, well done:j for having so many NSDs.
Hi to everyone,
Well, as predicted yesterday, serious spend day today for me. Food shopping - but had lots of vouchers to use :j. Then M&S for a few things I needed (yes, really did need them, unfortunately), then some new bedding (again, yes, really did need this) and then paid my cc bill when I got back :(:(:(. Oh well, broke now so got to have some NSDs for a while.
Well done to everyone who did rather better than me today, think I'll have a hug today..
