I think I need to seriously consider what is a NS for me as I seem to have had to pay out for incidentals that I hadn't accounted for ie. daughter's new passport. I think that from now on a NS should be on anything extra for myself. There, that makes me feel better.
I did post over on the "what little thing have you done today" post that I took out £60.00 cash to pay for the passport - £57.00 leaving me with £3.00 to give to Emma tomorrow for lunch hence no spare cash to spend on rubbish. xBack for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

NSD number 4 for me today! Am really pleased, but also realise that there is no way I'm going to make 20 before I get paid on the 25th, not enough days left lol, so now just trying to get as many as I can!
Just have to say OT sorry - I discovered today that my debt is under £40 000!!! am so pleased and excited. There's some motivation if ever I needed it and Solventsoon, not sure if I should say this - I'm being very cautious but have had 3 Non Smoking Days so far! don't want to think about it as I'm not sure how long it's going to last this time lol.
Well done everyone!!
Cheers

A rampaging FIFTH NSD for me today - this month is flying by super-quick and getting to my target of 10 will be difficult. I include as spend my train and bus fares to work (I don't have a car and work 15 miles away), so to make a NSD I have to get lifts - nobody knows I'm doing NSD, they just think I'm cadging a lot more lifts than usual. Makes it double difficult but I'm determined!May NSDs 10/11 (Feb 8/10, Mar 11/10, April 11/11)May save on lunches challenge 12/18 (Feb 16/16, Mar 20/20, April 18/18)0

Booo 2 spending days in a row
Yesterday was food shop day, I also managed to pick up a stinking cold somewhere along the way, didn't get to sleep til after 3am, so I am a right grumpy so and so today!
Have just had to pop out as we were out of bread, which I forgot to pick up yesterday - that'll teach me not to make a shopping list
Was hoping to have an NSD tomorrow but I need to pay for a prescription and buy TOTM stuff, I'd consider that an essential spend so considering counting that as a NSD if I don't buy anything else at same time. Hmmm would that be cheating? All the coffee in Columbia won't make me a morning person...

It doesn't matter Casper - every day without a cig is a wonderful day! If you fall off the wagon don't beat yourself up - you know you can get back on again. Well done so far anyway0
