how do I move a line rental back to BT .Are there any charges .

    As you have an existing working line a connection charge will not normally apply.

    Call the BT Customer Option Team on 0800 800 030 make sure you ask for them,tell them your thinking of returning,ask them if their any incentives to do eg £24 credit on first or second bill.;)
