Just ran report for dates between 1-25th Jan which was based on 11 ratings

1&2 stars 9.09% in all categories
3&4 stars – in all categories
5 stars 90.91% in all categories

Out of the 11 ratings there was 1 newbie with a feedback of 23 (on ebay since Oct 09)
9 buyers with feedback of 247-1449
and 1 with feedback of 4736 – who appears to sell similar bits as I do

Who marked me down? I don’t know!!! You decide

Small sellers though face suspension with low stars on their expanded seller dashboard. There is a further heading lower down on the same page as expanded seller dashboard , it is 'seller performance' in that the expanded dashboard plus other selling criteria are used when looking at visibility and suspension (through buyer satisfaction criteria). So low stars for a private buyer are very important.

This is my yearly one on one of my private accounts:

As you can see you are only allowed 3 or 4 low stars per year in a category, after that you face real issues. (I have no idea who left my low stars as my feedback is perfect and my stars around 4.9 across the board)

I'd love to know where this mythical expanded seller dashboard is on hubbys account,
I know where it should be but it's not there and I wanted to be nosey

If it isn't hidden in the account box if you hover your mouse over the account tab then I am also at a loss!

Hi Shelly, mine didn't appear for a couple of weeks after I had 10 DSRs either. It has appeared now though. If your hubby has a fairly new seller it just may take some time to come through.

When hovering over account tab I get 12 options but none of them are seller dashboard. Yesterday I clicked on and looked at every one of those 12 options and didn't see anything to do with seller dashboard.

Just logged in to check again and when hovering over account tab I clicked on the first option of 'summary' and when scrolling to the bottom of that page I saw the seller dashboard!
Now either it's been added overnight or I just didn't scroll down the page far enough yesterday......this second choice is the most likely

After all that I didn't really have a clue what the info meant anyway :rotfl:

If that was me I would have used a seperate buying account if I wanted to leave poor DSR's so not so cut and dried in my view.
