Bored in work but thats nothing new. Off to search for some more jobs. Roll on 16th Aug at least then i'll know if i have a job or not0 -
The hubby is driving me nuts. I took a chill pill this month as I went from a 28 day cycle to a 14 day cycle. Meaning that AF is due today. Now lots of things have happened this month which he thinks is all part of being pregnant (they say WE SS a lot!!!) but I've been trying to relax. Now, although AF isn't here today and doesn't feel like she is coming today he thinks I should test. Now i've deliberately not bought any tests because i've gone from a 28 day cycle to a 14 day cycle. Who's to say it isn't switching back this month to a 28 day cycle?! Meaning that i'm not actually due AF at all?!?! So... if it has switched back to a 28 day cycle, can anyone work out the difference in days as to when I might expect AF? I'll happily test after that date if it makes him happy. At the moment i'm happy living in laa laa land and leaving it up to mother nature!!Beautiful Baby Boy born 28 April 20110

As for testing, you should test 2 weeks after you ov...
REALLY, I thought it was day after AF was due?
Then that means cos I ov'd on CD23, the BFN I got on CD31 was WAY too early....eek.......what if I am PG and the doc is going to tell me so tomorrow.......I actually feel sick with nerves and excitement.....xx

Egg comes down (ov), meets the swimmers, egg gets fertilised and takes 7-10 days to implant and start producing hcg. Then it takes further 2-4 days for the hcg to filter into the urine, hence the 2 week wait;)
No use counting AF or no AF if you know when you ov'd:p0 -
Just tested (CD 35, ov'd on day 23 or 24). Prob a bit early to test, but my cycles are normally a lot more like 28 days.
Had a very faint line on the test, barely visible but there was a line. Is this likely to be an evaporation line or a TLP?? Not really sure what an evap line is!!0 -
(for anyone with a crystal ball lol! guess the answer is test again in a few days, but I'm curious about the evap line thing!)0

If you saw a line within the recommended time limit, then it's a TLP.
Does it have colour?0
