  • Hey LoopyLinz - Doc told me eggs are really good for low iron and also fortified breakfast cereals, must have vit C at the same though as you need this to absorb the iron. Hope that helps.

It's out for me this month. can feel AF on her way, just hope the b!tch hurries up and makes an appearance and doesn't leave me hanging on. Going camping next week so don't want her to be in full flow then!

Good luck Dusty will keep everything crossed.

Thanks cycle buddy! I 'm sure tomoz will be different but tonight is a teary one ! Stupid me . How are you? X

This week am being all hypochondriac-ish (no idea how to spell that one so sorry if its wrong!) My bbt still seems low side - 35.51 this morning? Which of course has had me googling all sorts and wondering now if have thyroid issues, have 2 close family members with thyroid probs and seem to have several of the symptoms.. need to go back to docs about a long term issue anyway (which if by chance it is the thyroid thingy it would finally give me an answer :)) but worried about sounding like a hypochondriac? I tend to ramble anyway in there as it is!:rotfl:

Apart from that all good! Off to work at 12.30, got the naff late shift, which sucks on a friday night :(

Hope you feeling better today cycle buddy x
I love food, hate waste and have a penchant for sparkly things ::D

How much should DH take? Is it like 2, 3 nuts?
I better not eat them, it seems to be high in cholesterol (I have slightly raised cholesterol, while DH is normal).

Did you sleep with your mouth open?

    What's your usual temp?
    Otherwise, could you have ov'd?

Hi Kitten, i'm another one who generally has a low BBT and have recently had thyroid problems ruled out as i was having a whole round of tests and this was included in them.

I suppose it'll depend on what's normal for you?
