  • Oh unless you are interested in my poor DH practically begging for a night off the bding last night :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Im not that bad honest but have not turned anything down in the last week and a half ;) He went to bed last night apoligising that tonight he needed to sleep and rest :cool: (thank god for that :rotfl:)

    That is pretty funny.
    Thanks for all the 'welcomes' I used to post on one of the baby site forums but it always seems to get nasty over there - too many opinons!

    It rarely ever gets that way here, though some of the boards on MSE can get quite nasty, and there are a few people that can't accept that anyone has an alternative point of view.

    EA is next up and then me, though I think its not over for fanta?

    Vitamin B complexes with different Vit bs is supposed to be good.
    Something like this:

    Persevere:o

    Also, my DH's sperm isn't quite up to scratch, so I told him not to drink unless absolutely necessary:D

    For what it's worth, my SA was so low, less than 1 million, I was told to take men's health multivitamins, something with a string of goodness (zinc, selenium, etc)... After a month of taking them every other day, my wife gets her BFP (I can go into detail if anyone wants to know why it wasn't every day)... I think that this is the only thing I changed, my diet didn't, my (non)exercise level didn't, my SA will be checked again in the next week just in case the pregnancy doesn't work out, but still, it was kinda scary that I took the vitamins at the time she got the BFP...

    My DH was on Pregnacare Father to be tablets (Wellman conception) for three months before taking his SA. So that didn't work for us.

    He's now on prescribed Vitamin E and some other multivitamin thing the doc prescribed:think:
    The doctor didn't prescribe any vitamins for me, just the tabs to induce AF and Clomid to induce ov. I'm taking Pregnacare and Vitamin B complex though:cool:

    I wonder about the MULTIVs too! I can't think why that would make a difference, but who knows..

    ++++++++

    I saw the GP today, I've been referred to the specialist. No idea when I'll get an appointment. GP said 'maybe you'll be pg by then', I said 'history would suggest that's unlikely!'

    Oh well - I've lost another pound, so that's good! (23 down, many more to go).

  • I suffer from rickets and take vitamin d supplements on prescription. I have had kidney stones in the past. Can I challenge someone to find men's tablets that don't have vitamin d?? The tesco ones I got are potent in loads of things, so I have them on alternate days...

    I hoped it'd help but didn't think it'd help this fast.......
