Thanks ladies. Well my plan of action this month, lots of BD obviously, EPO from today, soy isoflavones cd 3-7. Based on last month I may have ov'd cd 18, as only a 27 day cycle wondering if vit b may be an idea? QQ, any thoughts, if so when should I take. Also the soy are 40 mg so 3 lots 3 times if I remember? Thanks x

I'd start taking Vit B complex 100mcg/day from now:)
Soy seems to have worked for you last time, so I'd keep the same dosage (120mg/night for 5 days CD3-7).
  • I would like to know about vitamin B too. I think I have a B vit deficiency.

Thanks for the links QQ, always handy. The vit B comlex I got aren't clear, so will get to Holland and Barrett tomorrow, Tesco don't have bad range - where I got the soy isoflavones from.

Thanks for the hugs Primmer, will need more over the next few days if AF like last month.

That cake looks delicious EA, what type is it?

    Grateful hope DD is ok.

Sorry AF got you madbird but loving the PMA!

Feeling a bit rough today after a night out last night, totally out of practice with this drinking malarky (never thought I would ever say that lol!). DD is still at SIL's and has been really well behaved, thank goodness, I was a bit worried about her sleeping over as she has never done it before and does tend to get up during the night but SIL said she slept all night. It's lovely having the time on our own (and we have made the most of it ;)) but I'm missing her now and will be wanting her home soon :o.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend everyone x

Cd12 today and got a high yay! The last two cycles I had had peaked by now. All three cycles will have a different ov date and so shows that you don't always ov when you think you will!
Back still really painful but been told that it can be months before coccyx heals itself so will have to try to bd today and next few days.
