Thanks everyone for the good luck vibes. No AF as yet, but BFN this morning (I caved at 6am!), don't know how sensitive my tests are. I am very regular so just got to stick today out and see what happens.

I'm a dreadful cynic, but is she qualified??

    Yes she is qualified
I am a qualified reflexologist with an ABC Diploma in Reflexology and a Practitioner's Certificate in Reflexology from the Three Shires School of Reflexology. I have a post-qualification certificate in treating infertility and pregnancy. I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists (MAR), one of the professional associations that help regulate the practice of reflexology in the UK, and registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

The dietary advice was more about the kinds of things that you can eat that help with fertility. Increasing green leafy vegetables because of the folic acid content and eating things like nuts etc. It wasn't anything different that wasn't contained in the free book I got from Tommys or in any of the Zita West books :)

I specifically made sure I went to someone who was qualified in fertility and pregnancy Reflexology :)

Have been quite quiet as there isn't much going on here other than being snowed under with lots of work. Typing on my laptop at home is near on impossible at the moment since the cat jumped on my lap last night and made me spil my drink on the keyboard. Now my t, g and y keys aren't working :mad:

  • thankyou for all the welcomes, only just managed to get back on here! The days seem to be going so slow until POAS stage (I think might be sooner than 12th July, am slightly confused about cycle days but will get there in the end!) Am trying to be calm and eat sensibly with no alcohol just incase! Had 1/2 a glass of prosecco last night at a function and was worrying! I also have a friends engagement party on saturday where the booze will be flowing, people will question if I don't drink..will have to say am on anti-biotics or similar! off to work now :( x
I love food, hate waste and have a penchant for sparkly things ::D

Hiya SmlSave :hello:, nice to see you. Welcome to TTC. SexKi11en is around here somewhere - so there's 3 of us from the old Aug 09 thread. They say good news comes in threes :D

Hi Sammy_Girl ! I didn't realise you and SexKi11en were here too :) I wonder how many other August 09 brides are TTC .....
Me, I'm currently lying in bed with legs in the air ;)

I'm very jealous, told DH yesterday that I'm going to start jumping him least every two days next weeks :p He sounded a bit put out! :rotfl:I'll have to feed him the caffine I'm not getting!

    Sticky dust to everyone :)

Hi Pebbles. I'm over on the <12 weeks thread but still lurking. My AF was exactly the same...really light with <1 day of red flow. Was really a shock after having 5 day withdrawal bleeds on the pill. Anyway they never did get any heavier but I was still lucky enough to get my BFP just a few months later. Don't think it's anything to worry about.
