    Afternoon!

I'm:j for a few reasons. Just had more good news and def getting PMA for life in general right now. CD18, still high....but 2 lines on stick, plus did a cheapy and def stronger second line. :j As my cycles have been 29, 28, 31 days do you think my luteal phase would be considered short?

    PMA and SBDTA

@madbird, they say 10 days or more is needed, so I'd say you're OK. Especially if you ov on CD 18 and then have a 31 day cycle. Google "short luteal phase" there is lots of info explaining the science behind it. I don't want to misquote the facts.

No this is my third month of using mine. So much for 89% of people having success after two cycles - typical that I'd be in the 11% that doesn't :o

Are you sliding the stick in from the right hand side and then pushing it accrooss?

This is my first go so i'm just praying that i do actually ov as blood tests haven't proved that so far.

I'm doing both, I try clicking it in first then when that doesn't work trying to slide (scared of it snapping this way though). Ho hum, practise makes perfect don't they say........

Good morning FF, how are you?

Not many online this morning. Just been reading 'Worse Day Ever' thread, and it's descended into petty arguments between the posters, never seen one like that before!

Hope the weather brightens up here, it was overcast and trying to rain this morning! Need sunshine back for the weekend.

CD17 today, managed to BD last night, but I think it might be too late for this month. Ah well, I live in hope! :)

I'm good thanks. DH coming back tonight and hoping the CBFM kicks out a high tomorrow. It could just be in a mood with me for missing 2 sticks!
I've check in on-line so pleased I have my cruise boarding card. Clothes are at the ironing people and get them back tonight. Nails booked in, st. tropez (so i don't look too white when I'm in my bikini!) and eyebrow was tonight. Hair tomorrow morning.

One thing I will say...the worst equasion...

    Veet + Excema = Ouch!

Did my legs with Veet strips last night, and its OUCH without ezcema! :)

When do you go? Bet you can't wait.

Don't think we're going to be able to get away over the summer. OH is working on and off for most of July and August and as he's self employed he can't afford to turn work down, plus his parents want to come up for a couple of weeks, so will have to take a week off work whilst they're up. And I need to take hols from work to look after DS if OH is away. We have a week booked in October, so am just looking (really far) forward to that.
It doesn't hurt to be optimistic....you can always cry later.

You don't get if you don't ask!

    Hi all

Sorry, was a bit down in the dumps yesterday. Thanks for all the hugs and sympathy though, it really helped! :o

Fairy & GTS - I'm on my 3rd cycle with cbfm too. As the saying goes, 'third time lucky'!

Thats how I always put mine in.

I tried pushing it down into too but it felt like that wasn't the right way of doing it as there seemed to be a resistance there - also I found that it wasn't reading the stick when I pushed it in and the arrow kept flashing to insert it.

Don't have that problem when I slide it in and it is reading the sticks ok because I have had lows, then highs, then peaks and then highs then lows again the past two months I've used it.
