She would take it whatever we say:D
If it was a chemical pregnancy, then it would most probably a negative now though.

The bleeding does sound a bit short for AF.

Thanks Q. I think after spending so much time on this board I know what to say and what not to say.
I'm more shocked that it happened at xmas and she never said anything until now, although we have only really started to get close over the past few weeks!

She was very open about it, lots of sayings like "this one wasn't meant to be" etc and very positive about falling PG again so I think she is coming to terms with it. She was talking about all the things she is doing again to fall PG and I wanted to say "me too" but it felt wrong somehow.

I think I missed the chance if i'm honest. If she brings it up again I think I will tell her, it might be nice to compare notes and charts instead of doing actual work :o.

    thanks for the advice. xx

Perdi - sorry to hear you've been ill!

If she's ttc, it would be great to have a ttc buddy, go for it Dusty:)

That is very true! She would! I just don't want her to get her hopes up that's all. :(

Many thanks for your advice. :)

I used to have a RL TTC buddy and it was fab...but she got pg. :j for her but :( for me. I'm being mean, she had been TTC for a lot longer than I have & had other complications so by jove, she deserved her BFP! (By jove, now there's an underated expression! :rotfl:)
I've got you girls (and boy!) to keep me going now :D.

Dusty, I'd tell her too if you trust her not to tell other RL people. It's nice to have some one in RL to talk to about the stresses and the strains and the highs and the lows...especially if, like me, you're concerned about bothering your OH with the details in case he thinks I'm obsessive...obsessive, moi? :o

Thanks guys. I think if she brings it up again I'll tell her. It would look a bit random for me to blurt it out in the middle of the office. :rotfl:

Lol Murray - you're right - we don't give "by jove" enough credit - a bit like "cheerio" :D

Dusty - Yes, I agree. Let your RL friend know that you're ttc too, as it is nice to share in RL. My friend has told me that she is going to be ttc after her wedding - so I think that I will tell her that we're ttc (but maybe not tell her how long we've been ttc :o)

Not much else o add really. I guess CBFM will be telling me to poas tomorrow. Must remember to put it by my bed so I remember for my first wee :)

And is just me, or does it seem to be that EVERYONE in RL is preggers  Even a guy I was talking to when walking my dog today told me his GF had a baby at 3am this morning. And don't get me started on EastEnders lol

Hugs and sticky baby dust to all x
