I'm glad i'm on here because i don't think i could talk this through with any of my friends and certainly not my mum or sister. If i couldn't even empty my head on here i think i would be going even more insane than i currently am.
    Me too:D

We have a DS of 16 months already, but he was a happy accident, and I didn't even find out I was pregnant until 6 months, so in a way, all this is going to be very new to us, even (hopefully) the pregnancy bits! I feel scared, but in a good way, I think :)
    Welcome Chakani!

What we do is chart temps with BBT thermometer (check https://www.fertilityfriend.com), some use OPKs to check ovulation, do the deed on or before ov, and wait 2 weeks and test with hpt (home pregnancy test).

Oh we take folic acid obviously:cool:

Good luck! But not knowing one is preg until 6 months must've been exciting:o Did you think you were ill?
Yestrdays spotting was just that spotting. Nothing at the mo not a cramp so fingers crossed but bet i've just jinxed myself!
    Fingers crossed:)

Quick update-sorry you will be getting fed up with me! :o

Thought my AF arrived last night just pinkish tinge.................now nothing! Really don't know what to do. I thought I had given up any hope of pregnancy this month but when little things like this happen you just keep doubting.

What do you think? Should I try poas again?

Morning all...Teenie I'd be tempted to POAS..do you have any in the house?

Welcome to the mad house Chakani :)

CD20 for me too..I'm feeling a bit guilty as I had a couple of beers yesterday with dinner, and will no doubt have a few glasses of vino this eve as we are going to friends for dinner. But...what are you supposed to do? Stay t-total just in case you may be preg? I want to enjoy myself over the weekend..but...??

Wont drink at all tomorrow..out again for dinner with friends but I have nominated to drive.

Grr the 2WW is a real pain in the wotsit...wish you could just tell immediately if you'd hit the jackpot! :D

CD20 for me and I should OV today/tomorrow. It's really weird knowing for deffo that's what's going on.
I know the CBFM is expensive...although equates to less that 1.5 reflexology sessions but at least I know for sure. Not that it helps when you're rowing with your other half! (although happily finished but think DTD would be a dream come true).

My CBFM was £65+£15 sticks which I use 2 packs every three months. Lets hope that because I've had my first proper period that I'll be able to determine the future OV times and whether to stress if DH is in the country or not at those times :) It's weird how last month my whole cycle was 19 days and this month I'm OVing around that time. Maybe MIL was true when she said she got caught 2 days before she was due on. I'll be watching downstairs to see if/when I do!

SBDTA and if I'm being a bit selfish TMT x

And MV, I was wrecked last night and feel so sick today. Life is too short and if you have a couple of bevies so what. Remember the JK peeheads who carry full term or Chakani who was 6 months PG before she knew...I'm sure she didn't give up living during those 6 months - she didn't need to not knowing!

Hiya I'm ok thanks hun.....found myself willing AF to stay away weekend just gone...forgot I wouldn't actually come on:o:rotfl: Just shows how knicker watch become engrained in you:rotfl:

I have posted once or twice but I was ignored *sob* so stopped:p but I can't resist the TMI and scientific bit of ttc I'm afraid so I'm still lurking and keeping an eye on you all:)

    How are you?

I'm good thanks hun. Not done much here to not ignore you have I? 2 day late reply. oops, not been near a computer for a couple of days, i'm getting a bit too obsessed with Facebook and so am trying to wean myself off it. Promise I would've replied sooner if i'd seen.

Glad things are going well, hoow far are you now, I reckon 11/12 weeks? Does that mean scan soon? Are you going to find out what you're having?

Not much happening here, waiting for next set of blood results to come back to see if I have low progesterone, but easily fixed if I do. Needing OH to make a deposit now which he isn't thrilled about..!

Every time I drive past the new building of our Middleton Tesco I think of you :rotfl:...xx

    morning everyone

so tested again this morning and def a second line there, I didnt need to squint to see it like yesterday. I cant believe it come up so early. I'm pretty sure about when we conceived as we had not done it much this month and been careful most the time. I'm scared to tell the doc since we were supposed to be giving my body a rest - he is gonna tell me off isnt he? Hopefully this is the baby for us and all this horrendous morning sickness is worth it.

GL to everyone, I'll be lurking around to check you are all getting your BFP in the not too distant future xxx

    Yay congrats Merfe...:T..xx

Everything I've heard about the CBFM has been positive.

Worth the spondoolies I reckon..may invest in one myself if we dont get lucky in the next month or two.
