    Hi and welcome Sayonee:)
    Have you tested?

Am I going to sound really dumb if I say no? But no I havent. I think I ovulated 7 days prior to start of the bleeding this weekend.
Birthdays are just an excuse to eat cake :p

There's lot's of reasons why the bleeding can be light. I'm no expert, but it could be ovulation spotting, implantation spotting, miscarriage, pregnancy, menopause and some diseases listed here: http://www.wrongdiagnosis.com/symptoms/light_periods/causes.htm

If I was you, I'd test when AF is due (in a weeks time?), and if negative, go to the docs if the next AF is also light. Better get it checked out asap;)

But since I'm not you, you know best:p

No that's sound advice QQuaver - I guess I just needed to 'hear' it. I did speak with the doc and she said I was too young for the mp but to call again if I am concerned. Testing in a week is st. I would not think to do - newbieitis!

    Thank you.

  • Morning Ladies sorry for the late reply been so busy over last few days. Well AF STILL NOT ARRIVED!!!! and sadly tests are saying BFN. I have some cheap sticks from ebay but did have a first response from a twin pack left did that Sunday morning still BFN I dont think I could be that unlucky to have that many dodgy tests. On cd 46 now omg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dont know whats going on had stomach cramps for a week now and boobs been sore last few days. Think I may have to book an appointment with the doc if AF not arrived by friday that would be 3weeks late. I dont think I can justify buying a CBD for it to just say BFN or would it. My mind is all over the place now.

Congratulationd to Big bird and fingers crossed for you Fuzz......lets watch this space.

my decision to delurk is fuelled by my desperately seeking advice from the wealth of knowledge here. My prev cd#1 was on 28/01 and was watery and light and barely lasted four days - sorry tmi and more to come... And then this weekend on 20/2 I started again- a whole week earlier than expected? This too is extremely watery and third day in has almost ended. I am really confused and puzzled- has anyone been here before?
Hiya and have an official Welcome to the madhouse:D I'm with Q, do a test just to make sure and then get an appointment with docs...could it be some sort of infection?? I've googled and the causes could be perimenopausal, possibly pg or hormonal changes like if you've recentyl stopped breastfeeding or similar.
But for your piece of mind deffo get to the docs HTH x

Can you get AF symptoms on the build up to OV? My boobs are well tender and I keep getting pains in my back just like before AF. It's that or this bloomin' cold messing me up. I know I defo didn't sneak a tlp because we didn't even dtd this cycle!!!
I do...and my sorely raspberrys are usually the 1st sign of OV along with those lovely aches! I get a few days off and then AF symptoms start again...bloody annoying:mad:

  • Not really sure how it all works to be honest. Dont really get or notice OV signs tests all said negative but only did it up to cd26 so possible and my cycle is normally 28-30days last month went 37 which was longest ever this month a record for me. Believe me I think im def going mental its all I can think about which obviously doesnt help either.

ummm....I'm 50/50 about testing tomorrow:o I'm still scared:o Although 'symptoms' are pointing that direction:)
But then again I woke up this morning with AF pains so its still anybodys guess I suppose, although I have creamy cm and none of it is tinged with blood like it normally is before AF.......hmmm, will have a word with DH and let him tell me what to do:rotfl: Will definitely be testing Saturday at the latest coz there's no way I can be drinking alcofrol without knowing one way or the other:eek::) Plus it'll be a lovely bday present for my Mummy;):D

Hello to all the recently de-lurked!

I should be working but dropped in briefly to say I've just started. 4 days early as well. Bit of a surprise and am feeling rather blue.

That's us on hold for a couple of months as OH is a December baby and hated it with a passion growing up, so we said we'd do what we could to avoid it. No baby in 2010 for me, rather upset. :(

Have got to make it through several hours of meetings now pretending nothing is going on.
