Yes, it's roughly that depending on how long your cycle is. I tend to OV on CD12 or CD13, and my cycles are 26-28 days long. You can get OPKs (Ovulation Predictor Kits) which you use from CD10, and it will tell you the day that you OV. If you then BD (Baby Dance ;)) within 24 hours of getting a positive, then you've given yourself a really good chance!

I'm probably confusing you know lol. Have a read through the thread and you'll pick it up!

Hi ladies. DH and I had a heart to heart over the phone last night....talking about how many we'd like if life blessed us that way. He said 4!!!!!!!!!! I was shocked.

I'm 28 now so I think we'll need to get cracking as soon as he finishes this PhD...I'll be 30 then. WOW...I thought it was just me that wanted more than one. :rotfl:
Babe you go for it. If I had started at 28 I would have five by now, and I thought I never wanted kids. x

I'd prefer little boys. I've always wanted little boys, but if I'm blessed with a little girl then so be it, I'd love her just as much

And you will not give a monkey's bum when the babe arrives whether it's pink or blue. You will just love it.

    Hi All

Bit the bullet and we went to see the doctor today. The bleeding has been heavy for so long now. They are now going to investigate some more. Doctor was good and is happy to refer me to BUPA, as not all NHS Dr give in as easy I have found. She agreed going to BUPA would get the ball going quickly. So will speak to BUPA on Monday to get my appointment.

Dr did say she thinks that as this has been so prolonged she thinks my body and mind need a rest before I get pg for a few months. DH agrees. So not sure how long we will leave it, going to get this sorted out first then wait and see.

Hugs to all that need and good to luck to everyone else.

Penny darling, God bless you and lay on you his richest blessings, including a little one.
Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x

Well we are out for this month...AF hasn't arrived yet (too early) but we didn't dtd yet this month! DOH!

Still like I said, after what has been going on with my friend I'm quite happy for nothing to happen this month...I'd be too freaked out I think. Which surely couldn't be a good thing.

  • Still no further forward. Peed on a grown up stick this morning and there was a tlp there but so faint it could have been an evap line. I've just had to undo the jeans that were too big for me at the start of Jan. I just want a BFP or even AF so I can know for sure. Arrgh.
  • Hi every1,

    Hope u don't mind if i join?
Me + OH are trying for baby num 1! Month 3 of trying.
On day 18 of my cycle atm.
Does anyone else suffer cramps at this time?
  • Right I'm starting to get it now :p As I said due on Monday (or Weds) it varies each month. OH is sure it will be a BFP but I used so many tests last year as I used to go 3 months without a AF that I don't want to get one just yet! But sore boobs, irritablably, mood swings and having been sick 3 evenings this week he's convinced. Although I'm convinced that this is just my body playing tricks on me ha ha

Tis I phunkles aka notttmyusualname nmun - went back to this name after logging in at ohs when i couldnt remember my fake name (had a fake name cause real life people know my user name on here) but have decided I no longer care :P so there

So if the lovely fuzzywuzzy could change on the list nmun to phunkles twould be appreciated :)

I have no tests in the house and well I dont wanna poas again - possibly in a slight bit of optimistic pma false hopes area of - no af could mean good news ??? which I know is bonkers and very stupid but Im gonna be an emu or an ostrich and carry on burying my head in the sand.

Yes Anton Duwhatshisface was very weird looking.

I is a middle child and have middle child syndrome apparently - OH is an only biological child with foster siblings and an adopted sister :). OH is convinced we will have a multiple birth at some point (im not greedy i be happy with just the one at a time)

ofsted on monday - carries on being an emu/ostrich:eek:

Love is the answer. At least for most of the questions in my heart,
Like why are we here? And where do we go?And how come it's so hard?
It's not always easy,And sometimes life can be deceiving,
I'll tell you one thing, its always better when we're together

I sometimes, not always get all of the early preg symptoms before AF, so there's no point ssing in my case:o
I swear it was not like that before mc.

At 8DPO (CD37), I have very strong urge to POAS:j

I'm taking it one day at a time, I just need to wait another day so to speak.
I'm going to test on 11th, I'm going to test on 11th, I'm going to test on 11th...

I do realise 11th is only 13DPO, but I can't test on 12th with reasonably good reason;)

As for the ssing, I have cramps, am bloated, have spots, thirsty all the time, but I get that before AF anyway. I think the cramps this time is a bit different but hey ho!:D
