i don't think your sickness is excessive. as long as you have followed the sickness procedure i don't see why it is in question.

when you go to stage 3 you can say the problem is short term and will clear up as per ATOS
so it wouldnt be a continuing problem0 -
You can bet your life that the same onerous working conditions don't apply to senior management. In other sectors unions also appear to be playing an alternative game as well.
Back on topic I would fear the worst.0 -

ATOS report wasn't really in my favour but they only ask questions set by royal mail.
I am fearing the worse but if i get reverted to the previous stage it's a bonus, stage 3 used to be refered as reason to urge (basically beg for your job).
All will be revealed next week.EX POSTIE.0 -

This isn't a conduct issue, it's performance/ capability.
How does your sickness pattern fit with the managing sickness absence policy, what are the trigger points and over what timescales does the policy permit the employer to look at?Don’t be a can’t, be a can.0 -

If i was playing the system i would have left a gap of more than 6 months between absences:mad:.EX POSTIE.0 -
Blimey! RM are the pits. Makes me realise what exceptionally fair employers I have. No use to you that though but good luck, I'd hate to be in that position, it sounds positively medieval.0

the problem is you can work RM's sick policy and have weeks off a year with no consequence
or have a genuine problem and a few days off and boom, out
RM are more than happy to get rid of full time staff the easy way via the attendance procedure0
