  • I'm a complete veg growing novice but very keen to get started with my own mini patch. I love the idea of the cut adn come again salad leaves. This might sounds silly but do you just sow more seed into the pot/area that the salad leaves are already groing in? or do you put them in another one?

Also I'm keen to try growing pak choi (as they are often well past their best in the supermarket), as I love it in stir fries. Has anyone ever grown them? are they easy for a novice?!?!

I can't help with your pak choi (I had to look up what it was on the internet :o) but I'm sure that I can help with your salad leaves - although I'm not quite sure what you're asking! The point of 'cut and come again' is that you just sow the seeds in the pot / area and when they grow take a few leaves (don't dig up the whole plant!). Some more leaves will grow back in their place.
