2% cashback if using Abbey Visa Debit/Electon in Spain

I received a letter today from Abbey saying that they are now part of the Santander Banking Group. If you use your Abbey Visa debit or Visa Electron card in any Santander ATM within Spain (the one's displaying a flame), anytime this summer you will receive 2% cashback, credited to your account within 2 weeks.
The offer is between 1st July until 30th September. Transactions subject to normal term and conditions.
I've looked at their website, and can't see anything. I always use Nationwide, but if I didn't have that account then this might be a good deal.
