No matter what we tell you on here all mortgage advisers follow the same procedure...Fact find/Decision in Principle.
To avoid the credit search take a copy of yr file with you.
The other nite a lady posted on here for her son who had spoken to L&C...from the post it appeared they didn't know that much!!
