what happens to student Barclaycard on graduation??

Hi just asking this on behalf of a friend about his Barclaycard Student (I've got one too, so I'm curious to know the answer as well
)
He's in his last (3rd) year at university, and has got a student Barclaycard with a balance of a few hundred quid on it - basically he's wondering what will happen to it after uni?
I initially told him it probably gets upgraded to a graduate Barclaycard, but checked a while back and both student and graduate Barclaycards have been discontinued. So I'm guessing he won't be getting an upgrade to a graduate card.
So what will happen - i.e. what card will he get upgraded to? (he's curious as to what the interest rates will likely be etc.) I presume he won't stay on a student Barclaycard when he leaves uni!
Thanks everyone!

I would guess that it will be converted to a standard Barclaycard with standard interest rates but you really need to ask THEM the question.0
