Declined vanquis card dont know why?

Thanks for that just rung her and she has just applied online it said they will do additional checks and she will hear form them in next 7 days - is this usual?

so did your friend get the capital one card then? as this is the very same thing they said to me.

I got the same reply on the capital one site two days ago was expecting a phone call like with vanquis but none recieved. Just wondering if i have been accepted or not!!!! Got accepted for the vanquis one three days ago and recieved my phone call day after and recieved my direct debit confirmation today
