Condensation in new roof

We have recently had a loft conversion done but we now have a problem with condensation, The roof was lined with breathable insulation and the company states you must not put in any ventilation, we wanted recess lights but because of building regs stated you must not have insulation behind so a hole was cut out for them,on two of the cut outs only (there is no problem with the other two)condensation forms, has any one any idea of how to stop this as builder is stumped = The roof is a pitched and it is the side facing south east that has the problem
