Building Society Charges

Can anyone tell me if the Building Society's charges are included in the Bank Charges Reclaim. My ex wife had a mortgage with the Halifax, unfortunately my ex wife has died and I am trying to sort out her finances for my daughters. I have noticed that everytime she missed a payment or had a letter she was charged £35.00
