Gym opening times

I put a thread on here a few weeks ago regarding the opening hours of my gym which i signed up for in April last year. Their opening hours originally were Mon-Fri 9am to 8pm and Weekends 9am-5pm.

I called the manager today to ask of the opening hours as i noticed it was closed last Sat at 2pm and was shocked to find they only open from 10am-1pm at weekends!

Surely i should of had written confirmation to say this i would of thought that the weekends were the busiest.

I am not happy as i used to go in the afternoon about 3pm on a Sunday anyone know what i can do about it? This gym is a small ladies only gym and i pay £29.50 a month at the moment. Thanks

Well, it should be grounds for terminating your contract if you're tied into one, so speak to them about that and then find a gym that better suits your needs.
