Halifax - Pre Approved?

Hi all

whenever I log into my online banking for Halifax I get a splash screen with info on a 'sepcial offer' for existing customers - a credit card at 15.9% APR. I normally just click go to my accounts, but this does not mean I am pre approved does it?

Also when I click on 'offers for you' it is in there too? Any ideas? :beer:

    Cool, cheers buddy. I am sure I read that Halifax do pre approved offers, do you know where I can find them? :D

    You may a message on your accounts page that you have been approved and sometimes when you go into branch to do a transaction the cashier may be prompted by a pre-approved message on screen.

    15.9% isn't that competitive either, if your score is generally good. Shop around.
