Hi guys booked accommodation in Brighton now need to get there as cheap as possible dont mind splitting the journey prefer train to coach although a coach trip in the middle ok going on 8th feb am returning anytime after 12 miday on the 10th - this is for my birthday and despite rumours we r out of reccession i am still skint :rotfl:

I've never really used trains beyond London, but, if you can get to London Victoria with other people's help, then booking online and early, directly with Southern Railway, down to Brighton will cost you £3 down and £3 back up on the 10th

National Express Coaches do FunFares at £13 per person return on your dates from Leicester to London Victoria Coach Station... just across the road from Victoria train station.

Couple that with the £3 Advance Singles that LeeSouthEast mentions, looks like £19 each return.

Remember, to get those £3 train fares you must book via the Southern Railway website, and book asap.
