Quicky ESA question about being turned down and applying again

Hey All

As title suggests. If someone gets rejected at Work Capability Assessment phase for ESA and has to go back to / stay on JSA is there a time limit on when they can apply for ESA as a fresh claim again?

I don't have the date of the original WCA and I'm under the impression it's too late to appeal so can we work on the basis that a fresh claim is required?

Does the person have to "sit it out" for a while on JSA or can they re-apply to ESA anytime (like you can with DLA).

Thanks, I suspect her condition has got worse. It's useful to know that they set a rule in terms of cannot apply for 6-months.
