I feel very sorry for the staff member who had to deal with this...Obviously beat them into submission."fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, and wiser people so full of doubts." (Bertrand Russell)0

I cannot believe you remembered my username after all this time. Why send me a PM if you didn't want me to post on your thread? :rotfl:
Congratulations on getting a result.
Remembering your user name was easy I just looked back and found the worst reviews of my epic novel. The PM was an acknowledgment of my poor grammar which i agree that it could be improved, but that was not the issue...I did not write to British Gas to improve my spelling I wrote with a complaint. This was not the first and this had been going on for over a year, so i didn't give a damn how it was presented...
I understood the yawn factor and being told it was to long winded and the facts within were not straight forward, but I couldn't understand your obsession with my puctuation and spelling.
I have a result at last and that is a weight of my shoulder's and now that issue is out of the way, I do thank you for pointing out how it should have been laid out and presented and I will keep this in mind for any future notes I might write....
A genuine Thanks

I have a result from a letter that was scrutinized by a money saving expert who said no one would read because it was to long, bad spelling and grammar. Well I have my gas and electricity re-calculated back to Nov 2008 at the proper rate, I have my D/D discounts from Nov 2008, I have all Decreases in prices back to Feb 2009 and also a little something to say sorry for the inconvenience caused. I fink i'll by a dicshunry wiv that....And remember forum etiquette....Pls be nice to all MoneySavers. There's no such thing as a stupid question, and even if you disagree courtesy helps.
thanks Firefox....
Cheers

But you could have probably got the same by writing a letter that was only a few paragraphs long.Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently!0 -
"Could have" - "possible" - "Should have" - "if I" - In My spare time I play the Drums and I can make a song sound Just as good using a different beat, adding different fills and sometimes overfill, so endless possibilities - But in the end the result I wanted
So Endeth the Thread

I'll be totally honest, and tell the OP I couldn't be bothered to read even 10% of the letter. But well done you for composing that letter, and getting a result! :j:beer:
